We recently had Marc and his Sir Grout team restore our natural stone shower, which had been neglected by cleaning it with the wrong products for several years. Marc came and evaluated the situation and clearly defined what our expectations should be. There was no 'pie in the sky' sales pitch. Instead, a very transparent conversation took place.
The technician came the following week and worked diligently and meticulously for several hours preparing the surfaces to receive sealant—not an easy task! The final result is amazing and far exceeds our expectations. I highly recommend Marc and his Sir Grout team and will definitely use them again in the future.
So, we have some fairly current tile that was kind of abused by the previous owners. Driving on A1A in Jupiter we saw a Sir Grout truck and went online to see their services. The owner, Marc, came out the following week to look at our floors. They did a simply FABULOUS restoration on 2,000 square feet of tiles for $4,000. Instead of the hassle of filthy replacement, we have brand-new tile for the main floors of the house. Further, they did this work in 2 days!
